Melissa Roux, RN

MELISSA ROUX, RN, graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S.N. and has worked as a pediatric registered nurse for over 25 years. She has enjoyed caring for and helping her patients (ages 0–22 years) along with their families throughout her career and in various settings. As a nurse and mother of three adult children, she has utilized knowledge of type for over 20 years in her career and personal life. She is a certified MMTIC® practitioner and a feedback provider for peoplestripes.org Take the MMTIC® Assessment service. Her INFP preferences align beautifully with the work she does, and she finds great satisfaction in facilitating the discovery of personality type preferences with children, adolescents, and young adults and helping them apply this discovery to everyday life.

In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, especially with her dog Beignet, as well as painting and writing. In addition, Melissa and her husband started a non-profit chapter where they live called “Cycling Without Age” and get outdoors as much as possible to help people who can no longer ride a bicycle enjoy the wind in their hair by being pushed in a trishaw.
