Domestic Orders

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. UPS orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours, not including weekends or holidays. Backorders can occur at any point in the delivery system. Shipping charges will be added to all orders. All orders are FOB Gainesville. Please call customer service at 352.373.5670 or Toll-Free (USA and Canada) 844.695.5467 for rates. If you are paying by wire transfer, additional fees may apply. Please contact your bank for more information.

Returns

Items may be returned for credit within 30 days of shipping date less the original shipping charge. Returned materials must be sent at customer's expense accompanied by the original invoice number, and must be suitable for resale. Plastic wrapped items must be returned unopened. Opened digital media or reproducible masters are not accepted for return, but will be replaced if defective. Please carefully inspect your product upon receipt. Assessment administrations, reports, and digital product purchases are not refundable. There will be a 10% restocking charge for all items returned after 30 days. No item may be returned after 90 days. We recommend for your protection that returned items be sent to Myers & Briggs Foundation via UPS, Certified Mail, or other traceable method.

International Orders

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

You are responsible for any and all customs fees, duties, and taxes assessed by the country of destination on shipments from Myers & Briggs Foundation. Myers & Briggs Foundation is not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes associated with lost or damaged shipments. Myers & Briggs Foundation will not refund any charges for international orders that have been abandoned or refused by the customer.

International packages will be labeled as "educational materials" or as "educational books," and the value declared will be the cost of the products ordered.

For detailed information on customs, duties, and taxes please contact the customs agency of the country of destination. (Myers & Briggs Foundation does not track these fees as they differ from country to country.)

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Myers & Briggs Foundation will not be responsible or liable for the use or misuse of the materials or services offered in this catalog. The purchaser/user assumes all responsibility for use or misuse of the same. Myers & Briggs Foundation will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due in whole or in part to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Myers & Briggs Foundation makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Myers & Briggs Foundation nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation or production of any of the printed works or software listed in this catalog or otherwise sold by Myers & Briggs Foundation be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the purchase or use of the materials or services from this catalog notwithstanding any other provision or agreement between customer and Myers & Briggs Foundation. The customer's sole and exclusive remedy shall be correction or replacement of the printed work or of the software.

Myers & Briggs Foundation reserves the right to aggregate non-person specific data obtained from the processing of Myers & Briggs Foundation products and to utilize those data for research and/or statistical purposes. Myers & Briggs Foundation may also disclose such data in non-person specific form to third parties with or without reimbursement or notification.

Price Changes

Prices and shipping costs are subject to change without notice. Orders are billed at current prices and rates.

Payment

We accept checks, money orders (US funds only), American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. Orders charged to a credit card must have the same billing address as the credit card, but may have a different shipping address.

Mail Orders

Orders being confirmed by mail must be clearly marked "CONFIRMATION" to avoid duplicate shipments and additional charges.

Terms of Payment

Permission to Reproduce Materials

Permission to reproduce from any item in this catalog must come from the publisher of that particular item. All publications of Myers & Briggs Foundation are copyrighted. Their reproduction, in whole or in part, by any process whatsoever, is in violation of copyright law unless prior written authorization has been obtained from the publisher. A moderate fee will usually be charged, depending on the number of copies needed and the quantity of material.
